amazing experience at a fantastic hotel!

the indi16 penthouse bar had a super casual vibe and an original menu!!! the beds were very comfortable, and the air temperature control worked perfectly!!! we were served complimentary drinks from the lavazza cafe while we waited briefly for our room to be prepared!!!
the room cleaning wasn't quite perfect, so i hope they improve it in the future!!!

the location was acceptable and near many places i needed to access. the food and beverage outlets provided a good experience.
the room cleanliness was not to expectations. i noticed part of a broken bottle on the floor. i trod on a piece of glass. this should have been obvious with basic cleaning between guests. the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room became too cold. i turned it off completely.
